This cache is located close to Northbrook road which runs through part of Coundon Wedge. The road is a dead end with a farm half way down but no houses down at the cache end.
You can follow the road up to Coundon Wedge drive (there are a few more Geocaches around and abouts).
The wedge is fantastic for walks in the countryside, especially the doggy kind. The few roads are good for cycling too - NBR and staircase lane are nice quite roads for smaller cyclists. Though there are some good hills they might need pushing up (or screaming at to put on the brakes).
Warning this can be a bit of a muggle spot; though the cache is a little back from the road. Mainly dog walkers, joggers, school kids, bird watchers and cyclists. I assume the parked cars are dog walkers.
Dogs are fine off the lead mostly but there are horses on some of the wedge fields and sheep on some of the fields behind the farm. There is also Coundon Wedge drive which is a busy road which cuts through the wedge. There is a handy dog poop bin close to the cache (when it had not recently been incinerated).
This might be a tricky one. There is lots of tree cover and lots of ivy covered trees (sorry I struggle with these ones too). I have wedged the box at about head height (<6 ft) just behind the tree trunk. Good luck!
