Pēc atrašanas un reģistrēšanās novietojiet slēpni vietā un rūpīgi nomaskējiet!

Veltīts latviešu nacionālajiem partizāniem, kas cīnījās pret padomju okupantiem līdz pat 1956. gadam. Slēpnis novietots netālu no 2007. gadā atklātā pieminekļa latviešu leģionāram un partizānam kapteinim Nikolajam Straumem un viņa partizānu grupai. 1945.gada vasarā leģionāru grupa kapteiņa vadībā bāzējās dienvidrietumos no Engures ezera, Engures – Zentenes mežu masīvā. Nikolajs Straume bija viens no Talsu un Tukuma nacionālo partizānu grupu kopīgās darbības vadītājiem. Grupā bija vairāki pieredzējuši leģiona virsnieki – majors Oto Akmeņkalējs, kapteiņi Pēteris Čevers, Aleksandrs Zeņķis, virsleitnants Jānis Gura, leitnanti Ilmārs Sniķeris un Jānis Bišs.
