Evoluon [GCF15] Traditional Cache

Het Evoluon, Dit gebouw is gebouwd in 1964. Het Evoluon was bedoeld als symbool voor de technologische vooruitgang voor Philips. Het werd in 1966 ter gelegenheid van het 75 jarig bestaan van Philips aan de stad Eindhoven aangeboden. Tot 1989 is het gebouw een educatief technologiemuseum geweest. Na deze periode zijn er op het omliggende terrein nieuwe gebouwen gekomen en sinds 1996 is het Evoluoncomplex een congres- en evenementencentrum

The Evoluon, this building was built in 1964. The Evoluon was intended as a symbol of technological progress for Philips. It was offered in 1966 to mark the 75th anniversary of Philips in the city of Eindhoven. Until 1989 the building has been an educational technology museum. Das Evoluon wurde gebaut in 1964. Es wurde gebaut als Symbol der technischen Fortschrit von Philips.
