The Hanger Traditional Cache

There are a total of five traditional geocaches we have placed in this general area to make it worth your while to come out to this beautiful area.  The geocaches are "Pure Michigan State", "Like A Rock", "Things Aren't Always What They Seem", "Tiny", and "The Hanger".   Please enjoy the journey to find them all along Carlton Creek.

To get to this cache along with "Tiny" and "Things Aren't Always What They Seem" you will take a nice drive on a two-track through the woods.  There are a couple of spots along the two-track that will require careful driving if you are in a standard car but for the most part you shouldn't have any trouble navigating through the woods.  One you arrive at the parking coordinates get ready for a nice walk to a beautiful spot at Carlton Creek.  This cache is one that will not require any looking down.  Just keep your head up.  This is a small container that will fit very small swag items and/or trackables.  It does contain a log and pencil.  It also contains a travel bug named "Waterways".  The goal of this TB is to travel along any type of waterway all across this beautiful country of ours.  Once you have found this cache, continue your walk along the creek and through the woods to the next one......"Things Aren't Always What They Seem".
