Mikroskeemi/ Microcircuit Mystery Cache

[ENG] In Tartu there are two and a little bit more microcircuits - first two are almost ready. There are missing only 12 and 16 digits parts. Composing of the third has been just begun and the fourth is not even so far. Both microcircuits compose from 2 sectors and sectors are mainly composed from parts 111-133.

About the existing microcircuits have been drawn schemes, so it would be easier to understand. Under the second scheme you´ll find the cache.

Letters are not important, but numbers are!

[EST] Tartus on kaks ja natuke peale mikroskeemi- esimesed kaks on peaaegu valmis, puuduvad vaid 12 ja 16 kohalised osad. Kolmanda koostamist on vaid alustatud ja neljandaga pole nii kaugelegi jõutud. Mõlemad mikroskeemid koosnevad omakorda kahest sektorist ning sektorid on koostatud valdavalt juppidest 111-133.

Kahest olemasolevast mikroskeemist on joonestatud ka skeemid, et neist oleks kergem aru saada, teise mikroskeemi skeemi alt leiategi aarde.
