Dog Leg • [ Dahg' - legg' ] • Definition: A little spur road, commonly called a "dead end" that branches off of a main road. In the most rare cases, a 'dog leg' may be a dead end off a dead end - as is the case here. One may count on low traffic and undisturbed parking in most cases.
This cache is a perfect one-stop cache and dash for folks breezing through on 390 that need to make a quick grab or need a good reason to stretch their legs during a road trip. From GZ you can spit and hit the cars on 390. (well, not really but it's super close)
Would also be an easy cache for a wheelchair but there is some gravel to traverse; I didn't do it 1 star for terrain because of the gravel, which may be a bit more bumpy in poorer weather.
Being a dead end, there's plenty of space to park at the little gravel turnaround spot at the end of the road. no need to bushwhack - this puppy is in the most painfully obvious place.
Congratulations Country Boy Gary for FTF!
