Nestled amongst the trees and meadows of the verdant Tesuque Valley rests this ALL CREATURES MEMORIAL PARK. Born from the inspiration and the desire for an expression of lasting love by two friends who simultaneously lost beloved pets, this park creates an unique place where people can commemorate and celebrate the life and passing of the special creatures in their lives.
Designed by a local architecct, the park is composed of a series of freestanding tiled walls built in a spiral pattern and entwined with benches to create an ambiance of peace and tranquility. Serving as a warm welcoming to the park is a two-sided wall featuring St. Francis of Assisi and an assortment of animals. A local artist has created the animal and nature themed walls upon which memorial tiles will be intermingled with the artistic backdrops.
