This cache can be found towards the Western end of Blundell Avenue, very near to the junction between 2 paths and the road. As this area is well used by vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians you'll have to be very sneaky to find this cache and not be spotted!
The cache is a small camouflaged sandwich box with a National Trust sticker on top. It contains an information leaflet, a logbook and pencil, and a small treasure for swapping.
