Usually our September event, usually held on the last Thursday of each month, is cancelled due to the Yolo GeoRally (http:.//coord.info/GC5XZYW) which is usually held on the last Saturday in September. This year the rally is a week early on September 19th so the Caching Rednecks can get hitched on our usual georally day.

So, this is our usual meeting day, but not in our usual meeting place.

Please join the YACS (Yolo Area Cachers) for an evening of fun at the Elkhorn Saloon.  There's a pretty cool geocache out front, a quirky owner and great food at a reasonable price.  We will be meeting on the patio, weather permitting. 

I'm sure there will be stories from the Yolo GeoRally and other "geo tales" to share.  It will be your chance to get that hint on the cache that got away and to put faces with geonames.  There's nothing better than a gathering of geocachers.  We welcome all cachers from near and far, newbies and oldies.  Just come!  You'll have an unusually good time!
