LavaLizard: This cache has come to my attention as having two problems.
1) The first problem is that the coordinates are off by a significant distance.
2) The second problem is that the cache was placed next to Jerebek Elementary School.
The first problem is something that could be corrected and, indeed, the cache owner should have already done so given that this is part of the maintenance expectations for listing a geocache. The second problem, however is not so easily fixed.
Groundspeak does not publish caches in close proximity to primary or secondary schools. Most school administrators, parents and other adults become concerned for the safety of the students when they see someone who looks out of place on or near school property. Even if the cache is not actually on school property, those seeking the cache may attract attention from parents or law enforcement.

As a general rule of thumb, if a cacher can be seen from the school, it is probably too close unless there are mitigating circumstances. Even if a cacher cannot be seen, if the cache is within 200 feet of the school, it is likely too close. I am, for this reason, archiving this cache.
