Geocache Description:

The story behind this cache has an unfortunate prequel as told in the cache description for GC5EBKW "Missing Muffet Mystery"

After the sad and bewildering disappearance of their daughter and sister, Myrtle Muffet  near Beadle, her parents and siblings left the family homestead and drifted for awhile until the father, George, took a position with the Canadian National Railways in Sutherland.  Myrtle was seldom spoken of, not because she was forgotten, but rather because the memories hurt so badly.

The pain was eased somewhat when the eldest Muffet, Max, married a young school teacher, Miss Ashdown, and soon one, then two, then three lovely daughters arrived in successive Octobers. Grandparents George and Kathleen doted on their grandchildren, and watched over them proudly.

The eldest daughter, Mabel, loved to go for an afternoon walk on the country roads east of town. One day in early September, just after Labour Day, Mabel was late for supper.  Her parents went to look for her, but the only evidence was at this spot. They found an overturned tuffet, and a spilt half eaten container of Kraft Kurds and Whey, which gave evidence of a sudden and unexpected flight. Something had evidently frightened Mabel away, though what it may have been was never known.

Inexplicably, the Muffets had once again had tragedy interrupt their idyllic lives.

Congratulations, freddycougar on the FTF.
