This cache is hidden in a small historical park. The posted coordinates will take you to some markers at this site where you can learn a little about Arkansas’ past and also learn how the cache got its name (which is Cherokee for "big trees").
To find the cache, you will need to gather some information and do some simple math to determine the final coordinates as follows:
Final north coordinates = N 35 13.[(845 – 2xA) – B]
where A = the month of the year when the historical plaque was placed
and B = the number of letters (ignoring spaces) in the botanical name for the Arkansas Champion Tree before you, as shown on its marker.
For the final west coordinates, one originally had to find a second marker located about 75 feet east of the historical marker. Unfortunately, that marker has been removed. The marker was about a tree located a couple of hundred feet east of it, or about 300 feet east of the historical marker. Here is the information which was on that second marker. Use it to figure out the final west coordinates.

Final west coordinates = W 93 09.[(534 – C) + D]
where C = the month of the year when the council took place, according to the historical plaque
and D = the number of letters (ignoring spaces) in the botanical name for another Arkansas Champion Tree located a couple of hundred feet east of your location, as shown on its marker located about 75 feet east of the historical marker.
The cache is a bison tube and it's located within the park. If your solution points you outside the park onto private property, don't go there because the cache is not there and your solution is wrong! And if there are muggles in the park vicinity, do not search for it while they are there. I would hate for its location to be revealed to them!
