This is a lovely little park in Morris Plains. The pond holds plenty of bluegill and bass, as well as a few trout. There's a small feeder stream that tends to hold smaller fish. My husband likes to fish the pond and I like to head up the stream. It is nearby the stream that you will find this cache. There is also a nice playground nearby if you bring the kids.
It shouldn't take too long to find. You can either approach it from the clearing nearby or (my preferred method) walking alongside the stream. Don't forget to stop and take a look around and enjoy the surroundings! While muggles enjoy this park, it shouldn't be too hard to pick it up withough detection
It is a medium-sized camo container with a log and pencil as well as some fun starter swag. Happy caching!
You do not need to disturb the rock wall to find this cache.
Congrats to MetsFanInNJ for the FTF!
UPDATE:At the request of MetsFanInNJ, I have moved this cache away from the rock wall so those in search of this find will not accidentally disturb the wall.
Look for a LARGE tree not far from the rock wall with a tree stump on its side nearby.
