Placed near the theater by this name.
We have frequented this place since the kids were young and have enjoyed many a movie crammed up in those old seats. 
And whenever the kids would ask where we were going Dad would sing- "The bird-bird-bird is the word". For all of you now stuck singing the song- we apologize. Or maybe not- just enjoy the somewhat fun though obnoxious song and just bee bop along.....
