Found along the Hatea river Walkway between Whangarei Falls and A.H Reed Memorial Kauri Park.
The Hatea River Walkway is a beautiful stretch of track linking Whangarei Falls to A.H. Reed Memorial Kauri Park. The track is easy and will take you though native bush, small sections of open grass land, and even across a swing bridge. Stay on the path though the grass area that follows the river and you will soon have this cache in hand
