According to Wikipedia, "A camera obscura (Latin: "dark chamber") is an optical device that led to photography and the photographic camera. The device consists of a box or room with a hole in one side."
At the posted coordinates, you will find a brick structure. It is a "room" style camera obscura which you can go inside and view a live image of the Cheverie coast, projected on the floor. No electronics are used to project the image - just a lens, a mirror and a dark room. It was built in 2012 by architecture students from Dalhousie University. For more information, see This news story from Dalhousie or this one.
Please post pictures if you want. The questions are so easy that you're unlikely to give anything away.

- Is the floor concrete, wood or metal? D = 7 if the answer is "concrete", 9 if the answer is "wood" and 4 if the answer is "metal".
The cache is hidden at N 45° 09.6AB W 064° 09.9CD. Note that the westing coordinate has "09" as the minutes, not "10" as in the posted coordinates. As a partial check to your answers, A+B+C+D = 19
