This is a memorial for William Alvin Foster. He is a Purple Heart Vietnam Veteran who served this country during war times. His in nickname is Buckshot. When I was young , every year this man dressed up as Santa and would visit all his kin and bring presents for all my cousins , brother, and sisters. He even took me to see my first rated R movie, just don't tell my mom, ( his twin sister)
