Lloyd William Golder III purchased the Rail N Ranch in 1959 and it became known as Golder Ranch. The former ranch is now a community that is home to approximately 18,000 people. Goulder was from IL and moved his family to Tucson in 1957 to be in the cattle ranching business. In the early 60's they owned 11 ranches in Southern Arizona.
This is a high muggle area near a busy shopping area with easy access and parking. Take care when searching and be aware of normal desert hazards. Should be an easy Park and Log.
