Due to government budget cuts, the Men and Women in Black are no longer recruiting new agents. But before disappearing, Agent J leaked the following top-secret intelligence previously known only by Starfleet Academy in SF, and Starfleet HQ.
Chalchiuhtlicue, Queen of the Milky Way Galaxy, set up a Terran global network of alien rendezvous sites for her operatives. Most of the galactic visitors are just here on business or sightseeing, but keep a lookout for any members of the Lucian Alliance.
Newly arrived extraterrestrials (and you) will easily find these locations by discovering the image of the Queen on the buildings. You can view this from a close but safe distance at the posted coordinates. The real purpose of these sites has yet to be revealed to ordinary citizens since they are not yet ready to hear the truth. If you’re lucky you might glimpse a TARDIS or people carrying towels. Don’t panic.
