Island View at the High Falls Traditional Cache

This is our favorite place to go kayaking, the reason for this is that there isn't a lot of boat launching traffic here. If you like to kayak or canoe and you are still fairly new at it, this is the perfect place to go, and the sights are beautiful, dont forget your camera! This bay has minimal boat traffic. When more adventure is your forte` head out into the busier part of the flowage and enjoy riding the waves from the speed boats!  Pack a lunch and have a picnic at one of the many islands, or just go hiking (remember the sunscreen and bug spray.) There are also campsites that you can only get to by boat. We have spent many hours here, we hope you do too, ENJOY!!
