THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES!
In the latest installment of the "that which shall not be named" secretly hidden treasure series, we find yet another set of confounding information, which, when solved, will yield the final location of the desired object.
The mystery this time centers around a WWII communication between the allied forces near the end of the war. It turns out a secret mission was underway, that if successful, would surely bring the war to an end. However, before the critical information could be transmitted from command central, an enemy ambush necessitated a rapid move to a new location from which transmission was impossible. A quick thinking soldier transcribed the information on a folded piece of paper and put it into a mail pouch that managed to leave at the last minute. Upon arrival at the home office, an alert commander realized the significance of the communication and had his top experts start decoding the information. The top portion of the paper read:

It did not take the experts much time to decode the message, find the package, and pass on the crucial information to help end the war.
