A new estate in Wonthaggi with a number of lovely features. There are picnic facilities nearby and a number of walking tracks not too far away. Just to add a bit of spice there is an area within the estate that is out of bounds to everyone due to it being an unstable mine area. Some new houses being constructed at time of hiding, but when estate is fully developed this may be a bit more difficult to obtain. Please BYO pen. Log only. Congrats to YCDI2 for FTF.
