Geocache Description:

Do wolves go fishing?

Yup! Indeed they are GOOD at it too!

There is nothing too special about this geocache. It is here mainly as a quick "off & on" interstate 86, easy access, winter friendly geocache for those seeking to fill in their Pennsylvania DeLorme #40 grid square.

The "little wolves" and I have been traveling through this area a lot recently, and we remembered the old cache here ("In Sito") which was one of the first TEN caches we ever did! I knew that many cachers used it as a DeLorme Challenge #40 cache due to the ease of interstate access in this fairly remote corner of Pennsylvania. Now there is a new cache here which hopefully will make getting this square easier for you!

The cache is placed at a fishing access a mile south of the border, and is a matchstick holder placed high enough {HOPEFULLY} to survive all but the most biblical floods.......and of course high enough to still be accessible even in several feet of snow. I am not sure if the access road is plowed in winter, and if not then there will be a tenth of a mile walk in from the road. Also, the terrain is a TWO for most cachers, but to keep it safe from muggles there is some minor bushwhacking, some Poison Ivy in summer to watch for,and a step up to the location..........check the hint if you are stuck since I want finds on my caches and give REAL hints!

FTF CONGRATS to glojer & db81890.......TWO WEEKS after publish!

Included for the first cacher who wishes to take it is a first to find CHALLENGE COIN which we just picked up from our latest FTFd cache.
PLEASE---Only take it if you are willing to continue the "Challenge" by creating a new cache soon and placing the coin with instructions for the FTF of THAT cache to likewise continue the "Challenge"!
