The 1st of October is Tokyo Citizen’s Day. On this day in 1898, the State of Tokyo was established. We, the members of geocaching groups in Tokyo, celebrate this occasion by hiding this cache, along with many other caches, all over our city. Many city-run parks, museums, zoos, and other attractions will be free on this day.

今では暗渠の渋谷川、外苑橋そばにキャッシュを設置しました。
実際に渋谷川が流れていたのは、道路の向こう側、新国立競技場工事現場内です。いつの日か競技場は完成しますが、かつて残っていた渋谷川の痕跡は工事で消滅したと思われます。かつては小川が流れていた外苑橋も、現代においては道路を越える見違えるような大橋に姿を変えています。
これは２０１５都民の日江戸っ子キャッシュ祭りの一環です。
