A = half the number of letters in the 1st word

B = the number of letters in the 4th word

C = the 2nd number on the plaque

D = the number of letters in the 15th word  (Ignore numbers and symbols)

E = reduce the sum of the numbers in the dates to one digit

F - the 5th word on the bottom line
