The 1st of October is Tokyo Citizen’s Day. On this day in 1898, the State of Tokyo was established. We, the members of geocaching groups in Tokyo, celebrate this occasion by hiding this cache, along with many other caches, all over our city. Many city-run parks, museums, zoos, and other attractions will be free on this day.
I hid the cache Ichinoe Station of Toei Shinjuku Line in Edogawa. Please be careful to muggle because it is front of the station.Please bring a pen.
