Königlich-Preußische optische Telegrafenlinie
Auf dieser Anhöhe (Stumpfe Warte) wurde 1832 eine optische Telegrafenlinie erreichtet, diese war von 1833 bis 1852 in Benutzung. Ihr befindet euch unmittelbaren an den Punkt (siehe Infotafel), an den sich der Telegrafenmasten 38 befand. Einer von 62 Stationen auf einer Gesamtlänge von ca. 600km, zwischen Berlin und Koblenz.
