I will be making 3 different chilli recipes with the following characteristic
Mild - This one will be for the wusses. only a tiny hint of chilli, mostly tomatoes, beef and red kidney beans
Medium - The middle of the road recipe, not too hot, but with a definate hit of chilli heat
Hot - Hans Blix would be interesteded in this one. I have to register it as a chemical weapon each time I make it, The chillis in this disolve the red kidney beans and sometimes the wooden spoons used to stir it!
Needless to say I will be having the hot one, however I will not blame anyone else who does not try it..... all the more for me!
hope to see you here. You can turn up anytimg from about 1pm onwards. the end time is officially declared at 7pm but this is certainly not set in stone, and everyone is welcome to stay as long as they like (Or until the chilli i gone!!)
I will also have the rugby on, live from Twickenham for anyone not wanting to miss England, Ireland, New Zealand or South Africa lift the Webb Ellis trophy.
