This cache is located just outside an area known for apartment construction; the area is called Central Park, but may not be such a fitting name anymore.

The coordinates should take you very close to the cache location. You are looking for a small camo bottle with log and a few tradable items; there is room for more items. BYOP! Please use stealth and watch out for muggles! Daytime only caching. Easy P&G.
