Lake Ontario Multi Multi-Cache

A two stage multi with some great views of lake Ontario. It is a small nano cache at the final as there is not much room for anything else.there is a bit of distance between the two stages, biking or driving would be easiest. BYOP

Stage one will bring you to a parking ramp in downtown Burlington. You must either drive up, or take the stairs/elevator to the 7th floor. There is 20 min free parking here so it shouldn't cost you anything. The view from the top is amazing!

At posted coords, count the number of 'flat slats' in the grey metal gate. Multiply this by the speed limit in the parking ramp.

Divide by 1000. Add to the following meaningless coords:
N43 17.503
W79 47.361
