Murrawee is a location about 8km from the Swan Hill Post Office
Originally vineyards were developed in this area for the dried fruit market
Nowadays it is mainly a stone fruit area
A Post Office opened on 08-12-1921 and was closed on the 14-5-1947
The Murrawee Primary School opened on 27-11-1922 and closed its doors on 4-3-1974
The cairn is located at S35 18.451 E145 30.327
