Congrats to "dbluk" on the FTF! This geocache is hidden in a tall shrub, right behind the rain gutter, near the entrance of the park. as you approach the entrance to the park you will see a sign that says "Encinitas Community and Senior Center" as it points to the right. you will want to look in the tall, border like shrubs just behind the sign.
