Geocache Description:

A small Lock & Lock descreetly hiden near the base of Kincardine largest symbols.

It's located near one of the main gathering and recreation spots in Kincardine and if you look up you'll see the iconic Phantom Piper of Kincardine.  This one will require some stealthiness to find without too many other people noticing what you're up to.  If you're not familiar with the Phantom Piper then after you find the cache you can head downtown to the lighthouse and find the cairn to learn all about the tradition. Update August 8, 2019. The previous reports of the geocache gone missing have been addressed and it is now replaced.
