The 1st of October is Tokyo Citizen’s Day. On this day in 1898, the State of Tokyo was established. We, the members of geocaching groups in Tokyo, celebrate this occasion by hiding this cache, along with many other caches, all over our city. Many city-run parks, museums, zoos, and other attractions will be free on this day.
江戸(東京)には、かつて、たくさんの町がありました。
その後、町名変更により、かつての古い町名などが消えて行きましたが、千代田区神田と中央区日本橋、また、千住や市ヶ谷などには、昔ながらの町名が数多く残っています。
今、あなたが立っている場所は、かつては、竜閑川が流れていて、神田と日本橋を分けていました。この竜閑川沿いにキャッシュを隠しましたので、ジオキャッシングしながら、千代田区と中央区の境を歩いてみては、いかがでしょうか。
なお、この路地は狭く、両側は高いビルのため、GPSの電波が入りづらく、GPSが不安定です。google mapを参照願います。
