JulieBob: The tree has apparently swallowed up this geocache. Such a shame! That was a damn fine container. Since I don't have the time to scout out a new location for this geocache, I am archiving it to open up the area for someone else to place a cache.

Small cache in a neighborhood park.
 

This geocache was hidden in honor of my French Canadian ancestors, the earliest of whom arrived in the colony of New France (now Quebec) circa 1663.  Geocaching is what I do when I'm not studying my family ROOTS.
