The Big Z Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

edjskier: Well we've decided to do something completely different here. There should be a new cache up here soon. Hopefully the new location and hide will be far less susceptible to muggles!

Geocache Description:

This one is now a small again!

Mount Zion has provided our family and a lot of other families with many, many hours of enjoyment for literally generations. A great place for young & old to ski, snowboard, tube, or pick up a cache in winter, although now, in its new location, it could be very difficult when the snow gets deep.  Awesome views from the top are just as good a reason to visit in spring, summer or fall. The preferred way to visit this cache in summer would be to drive to the top. (Note the reference waypoint for the yellow gate, which is usually open) In winter, you'd be better off on skis or a board since the road to the top becomes a ski run to the bottom.
