Geocache Description:

Well, figure I would continue my idea for Car Driving Games and make it the bell puzzle. My puzzle that was Car Driving Games #2 will now be #3 instead. This puzzle will be made very easy once FTF is done. I do not think its TOO hard now. No complex math is needed.

Looking for license plates is fun whether its looking for States and Provinces or in this case, some oddballs of Washington. We just did a road trip to Rushmore and back, we found 48 of the 50 US states so sometimes looking for plates can help with the monotony of a long drive. The following image and a tiny bit of research is all you need to solve this. Will add a helpful resource or two once FTF is done.
