Geocache Description:

#3 Cache is located close to the park's stage. Room for small TB or trackables. Please use stealth to keep the game going for future geocachers. PLEASE PLACE BACK EXACTLY AS FOUND TO AVOID MUGGLING!!!! Children will enjoy dancing and playing on the stage while you search for the nearby cache!

Discovered this lovely park a few years ago and it is a favourite destination for taking the dogs for a swim.  During baseball and soccer seasons the park is often busy on weekends and evenings. The rest of the time it is very quiet. Douro Park gates are closed to cars from November to May to protect the grass from cars during the winter. You can still park at the gates and walk in so the caches are accessible all year. I recommend you park your car and enjoy the Park!
