Ten years ago, the first Nite Out was held at Margarita's in East Hartford. It's hard to believe that ten years have passed...that's a lot of memories! Here's to all of the caches found, plans made, hints shared, meals enjoyed, ideas emerged, puzzles solved, trips plotted, GPSr's compared, newbies welcomed, romances bloomed, babies born, and most of all FRIENDS MADE. A HUGE thank you to all of the hosts, who volunteered through all of these years. We (KD & MS) simply could not have continued this without the village. From the very bottom of our hearts, we thank you. While katydid will host in person, Miles Stone will be skyping in to say hello (and to think, that technology didn't even exist ten years ago). Please note: The date has been changed to a WEDNESDAY to accommodate Katydid's schedule.
The Central Connecticut Cacher’s (CCC) Nite Out is an evening gathering on the first, or second Tuesday of every month (well, most months anyway). Mark your calendars now! Anyone and everyone is welcome to attend...you don't have to reside in CT, and you certainly don't have to be an experienced cacher...new folks are most welcome! Let us know if this is your first event as we'd like to get acquainted. This event features new or rotating hosts every month, and changing locations. If you have an interest in hosting, please contact Katydid and Miles Stone (KD&MS). As host, you’ll arrange a location; get the coordinates; and copy and paste the event page and resubmit. There are a number of places in the Greater Hartford area to enjoy good food and drinks. Locations should be kid friendly, have no admission fee, and be within the Central Connecticut/Greater Hartford area. Cachers from outside of the area are also encouraged to host, but we do ask that the event itself be held in the central CT area..
