This is a billboard that they just erected in Tunkhannock. The unusual part of this is you can only see it going into town. There is room to pull off the road here safely. This is a busy road and you have a lot of muggles passing by.
You should not be bother by muggles, they are just passing by. BYOP. Please replace cache exactly as you found it. Good luck and happy caching.
