Mission log 1.0
After stepping through the gate and arriving in the city our teams began exploring. The city appeared to be in pristine condition considering it had been abandoned long ago and sat dormant at the bottom of the ocean.
We encountered many things along the way including space ships we have since called Puddle Jumpers and a hologram room with detailed transcripts of life in the city . As we explored, the city appeared to come to life with systems and lights turning on all over the city.
We have not encountered any inhabitants .
As we explored further the city appeared to have a power failure and the anchorage system which was holding the city on the ocean floor released and the city rose to the surface .
During this time Col. Mitchel had stepped through the gate to a planet listed in the ancient database in the hope of finding a location for the expedition team to evacuate too . His efforts were unsuccesful.
