Geocache Description:

A small camoed pot. BYOP.

This is a series of puzzle caches based upon the UCI World Tour. Each puzzle builds on the next and they will get increasingly more challenging as you progress through the series. The puzzles will lead to a trail of caches along official cycle routes and therefore are best done by bike. The caches are small and will not contain swaps but could cope with a small TB or geocoin.

The Paris-Nice or The Race to the Sun occurs in March and heads from Northern France to Southern France and often includes at least stage that will later be used in the Tour de France. The Paris-Nice often finishes with a time trail heading out Nice into the surrounding hills.

Take your virtual bike to N 43° 43.260 E 007° 20.000. This is on the time trail course from 2015. Head North-East from the coords. You will overtake a cyclist and continue a little further up the hill until you see le tracteur abandonné (a green abandoned tractor) to the right of the road. There is a cache here! Shortly after the tractor is a sign warning of ice on the road for A.B kms. The road number is the M:CDEF.

Subtract (D-A)(F-B) from the Northing for Stage 9. That's your Northing.

Subtract C(A-B)(C+D) from the Westing for Stage 9. That's your Westing.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
