1st Wetheral Brownies chose a lovely sunny Autumn evening for their geocaching adventure in Rickerby Park. Having found a couple of existing caches and replaced a container for a fellow cacher, the Brownies set about placing another cache.
The bracket fungi at GZ are good specimens and caught Tawny Owl’s eye when looking for a good place to hide a tiny cache!
Rickerby Park is a fantastic place for a family walk and if you are lucky you might even spot an otter on the river Eden.

The Brownies enjoyed a few parachute games in between caches!
