Na mjestu danasnjeg parka nalazila se stara zgrada gimnazije, ali je zbog poznator problema sa tonjenjem ista srusena i izmjestena na drugu lokaciju.
(The Tuzla's Gymnasium high school building was on this spot in the past. Extractions of the city's salt deposits have caused this section, and other sections in the city center, to sink. The building was crashed and moved to another location)
Pored gimnazije u neposrednoj blizini se nalazila i tuzlanska medresa od koje je, kao spomen, ostala samo kapija. Nova medresa je, poput gimnazije, izmjestena na novu lokaciju u zapadni dio grada.
(Near the Gymnasium there was also Tuzla's Madrese - Islamic high school. The same thing happened to this building and only entering gate was left to stand as a monument to the old building. Madrese is now placed in the western part of the city)

Nakon uređenja parka postavljene su nove klupe, rasvjetna tijela i statua djevojke koja se prije nalazila u dvoristu Hotela Bristol
(Few years ago this place was turned into a park with banckes, lights and one sculpture)
Danas je ovaj park najposjeceniji u ljetnim danima kada se na ovoj lokaciji odrzava festival za mlade Kaleidoskop
(Nowdays, this park is very popular during the sumertime, especially during the Kaleidoskop festival)
