Creepy Crosses

Erie and dark places. Sometimes you find yourself there while geocaching. This was no different especially when you're out here caching in the dark of darkness. For years my way of staying out of view from muggles and caching in the solitude of the night is to venture out at night. I have come across many places in the desert that would creep the dodo out of you. There are times when I would go out night caching with my geofriends run into some strange places. This is the element of surprises and for that reason I continue to cache at night.

This is a night cache. The cache is not far this spot. Here is where you will begin your mini trek with a very good flashlight in hand. If you haven't gone out caching in the dead of night you may want bring another live body with you when you do this one. I would hate to think that something terrible has happen while out alone. You may need them for protection or at the very least a witness should something go not as planned. This may be your plot. The darks of HELL (RED) will take you to the lights of HEAVEN (WHITE). There you will find what you seek.

Be very careful if you're out here during the warm months of summer. Keep an watchful eye and/or a sense of sound for those creatures that rattle their way across the desert floor looking for a bite. Your goal is to use your flashlight, and not just a pocket light but one that will light your way from point to point where then you will find the hidden container.
