Police say the driver of a truck intentionally smashed into two officers' squad cars as they sat in a parking lot. He then took the officers on a chase through the streets of Waukesha that lasted for miles. The danger didn't end there. Dash cam video shows the unnamed driver coming back for a second round hitting one squad car a second time. The chase ended after the driver lost control and crashed the truck. The officer described the scene to a dispatcher. "He's out on foot and he's naked," he said. Investigators say the driver was under the influence of drugs at the time.

The site in which the driver smashed into the police cars had once held a Geocache that has since been archived (Carroll's Cache). The fence has since been repaired and the site is now home to a new sports field used by Carroll University and it's students. I myself being a recent grad and avid Waukesha geocacher, saw this news story and cringed as I saw the original GZ for the previous cache get smashed and battered, and decided to honor this bizarre event with a new cache in a very familiar spot.
This parking lot is a frequent host of resting police squad cars, so if they are there please avoid as to not freak them out due to this recent incident. This cache only has permission to be visited by daylight hours only. Stealth may be required.
