Geocache Description:

Number 22 of a Connection-style series of puzzle caches requiring a bit of lateral thinking. This one leads to an all too familiar magnetic BYOP final. The cache itself can be found at an appropriate location. Thanks very much to Jesmond Lynam who’s trusted me again to continue to expand his excellent Only Connect series of puzzle caches.

The rest of the series can be found by clicking on this link to the Only Connect bookmark list.

The cache is not hidden at the listed coordinates but it is within one mile of here; the final location has parking very nearby. To find the final coordinates you’ll need to solve the eight eclectic clues below and then find something to link them. Once you've found the link you'll need to find a number associated with each linked item. Combine that with the ninth number described below and plug them into the formula to get the final, appropriate, location which is similar to the other hides in the series.
The numbers, which are listed here in ascending order, are all pretty large - you'll probably need a calculator!

A = An English engraver and draughtsman (1749 – 1838).
B = Poirot's sidekick.
C = The suggested limit to the number of social relationships that we can maintain (often given as 150).
D = The Bishop of Bath and Wells consecrated on 3 September 1329.
E = Cockney slang for hair /a hairstyle.
F = A possibly legendary 2nd-century bishop and saint also known as Fugatius.
G = Isaacs Schomberg's command on the Glorious First of June.
H = Sounds like the composer of Peter Grimes.

J = The number of letters in the single (singular) word that links all of these things together.

The cache is hidden at N55 00.F+D-A-H+(2xJ) W001 31.H+D+E-C-B-G-J.
