I am placing this cache in tribute of the first event in Bay City that any of the local cachers can remember. It is to be held on Thursday, October 1, 2015.

You will need to use stealth to find this one as it is near a major roadway.  It may be a little tricky if you have not found one of these before.  You will have to bring your own pen as there is simply no room for one here.  Please replace exactly as it was when you found it so that it will be ready for the next cacher.  I hope you have as much fun finding this one as I did placing it for your geocaching pleasure.
