Geocache Description:

This Cache is dedicated to all the Chefs out there. Its not just a job, its a way of life! 

Mise en Place is french for "Everything in its place". It refers to the method chefs use to insure they have everything they need where they need it to do thier job well. Mise en Place is also a state of mind. Being at peace with yourself and the world around you. No matter what craziness is going on in life, once you button up that chef coat and step into the kitchen, it all fades away. You just know what has to be done and what you have to do. This our craft, our life, our love affiar. 

The cache is small box, that has been reinforced. This is a HIGH muggle traffic area! The owner of this establishment named, and filled the cache. He is the one and only Chef Mark. I dedicate this cache to him and his executive Sous Chef Geraled, as a thank you for giving me a chance, teaching me, and making me part of their chef family. You might just catch one of us out there, Please feel free to say hello!
