This is really just a quick stop and grab cache by the Arataki Visitor Centre car park. If you stop, however, maybe that's a good excuse to also stretch the legs a bit by spending some time walking around this great spot. There's plenty of informative walks and lots of views to enjoy, not to mention the spectacular Visitor Centre itself. The car park gates are closed at night but the grounds are always open to the public.
Stealth may be needed as it can be a busy place at times.
This cache is a 210ml plastic bottle containing a log with room for a couple of small trades. Bring your own writing utensil
